If your filter is slightly larger or smaller, it does not matter. It only has to have space and the thread connection must fit. The EGO3 hot tub filter always sucks always sucks in from the top and therefore theoretically does not have to have any space around it. And even if it is a little smaller, it doesn't matter, because the filter volume is still many times that of the cartridge filter. To the water surface should be at least 3-5 cm of water.

ATTENTION: With the TOPLOADER VARIANT, the open EGO³ filter without thread and hole, the height of your old filter does not matter. Works independently of height always!
